Hannah Holloran Craven, FNP-C
Family Medicine
Hannah Holloran Craven was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. When she was in high school she discovered her calling for helping people while volunteering at Children’s Medical Center. She went on to attend Purdue University and obtained her BSN in 2017. She then moved to Nashville, Tennessee and worked as a bedside Neuro ICU nurse at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for several years. While working at Vanderbilt, Hannah discovered a true passion for educating her patients on preventative medicine in the hopes they wouldn’t end up in the ICU again. This passion led her to further her education and attend Vanderbilt University for her MSN with a concentration as a FNP in 2020.
As a FNP, Hannah values collaboration between her patients to create a personalized treatment plan that meets the patients’ health goals. Hannah believes in treating patients in a holistic and well-rounded manner. The most important thing to Hannah is ensuring every patient she sees feels safe, heard, and understood.
Hannah moved to Denver, Colorado to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, hiking, riding her Peloton, playing with her two kittens, and learning how to ski.
