I’m excited to be joining OnPoint Family Medicine in Westminster after having practiced in Arvada for nearly 20 years, caring for patients across the full spectrum, from newborns to seniors. I excel at managing complex medical conditions and am your advocate and “quarterback” when you need specialist care. As your physician I encourage a collaborative approach, incorporating your goals and expectations to promote overall health and wellness.

In addition to my Osteopathic Medical Degree, I have a master’s degree in physical therapy and was a former physical therapist to the U.S. Ski Team. This education and experience gives me valuable insight into diagnosing orthopedic conditions and sports injuries that are common in primary care. Additionally, I have interest in travel medicine and enjoy helping patients plan for their next international adventure with appropriate vaccine updates and health education.

Outside the office, I am very active, enjoying skiing, cycling, and the great outdoors of Colorado with my family.
